Ensure the woodfuels or logs are securely packed on their original pallet or in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Collection
We will coordinate with our specialized courier partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your property.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable collection fees.
